* The outcome of the event or bet was directly or indirectly influenced by criminal activity;
* The odds of the event were significantly changed due to a public announcement about the event;
* Bets were made that would not otherwise have been accepted but were accepted during periods when the Website was affected by technical problems;
* Due to an error, such as a slip, typo, technical error, human error, force majeure, or other reasons, bets were offered, placed, and/or accepted because of this error.
2.3.3. When we close or suspend an Account for any reason, we reserve the right to close any future Accounts that may be registered by the same person, device, address, or that may use the same payment wallets or credit cards, and cancel/revoke all bets and transactions on these Accounts.
2.3.4. We offer two-factor authentication (2FA) as additional protection against unauthorized use of your Account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and ensuring that no one else can access it.
2.3.5. By registering an Account on the Website, you undertake, declare, and warrant that:

* You understand that by participating in the Games, you risk losing the money deposited into your Account.
* You must not engage in any fraudulent, collusive, contractual, or other illegal activities regarding your participation or the participation of third parties in any of the Games and must not use any software methods or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games. The-nexus.org hereby reserves the right to cancel or close your Account or cancel your participation in a Game in the event of such behavior.

3. Multiple Accounts

3.1. You may register (sign up) and use only one Account on the Website.
3.2. Only one account per household, IP address, and computer or device is allowed. If two or more users share the same household, IP address, and computer or device, we must be informed in advance by the owners of the respective Accounts.
3.3. If you register or attempt to register more than one Account for any reason, we may block or close one or all of your Accounts at our discretion. We may also void all bets that were placed on duplicate accounts, block bonuses and offers, and cancel withdrawal requests. In addition, any refunds, winnings, or bonuses that were obtained or accrued during the lifecycle of the duplicate account will be voided.

4. Payments

4.1. When the outcome of a Game you are participating in becomes certain or, if applicable, the-nexus.org has confirmed the relevant outcome of the event and calculated the markets; all winnings will be available in your account.
4.2. If the-nexus.org mistakenly credits your Account with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical or human error or for other reasons, the amount will remain the property of the-nexus.org and will be deducted from your Account. If, before the-nexus.org becomes aware of the error, you withdraw funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available under the law, the erroneously paid amount will constitute your debt to the-nexus.org. In case of incorrect crediting, you are obliged to notify the-nexus.org immediately.
4.3. The-nexus.org will conduct additional verification and identification procedures for any withdrawal of funds or reserves the right to conduct such verification procedures at any level of withdrawal. All transactions will be checked for anti-money laundering purposes.

5. Deposit

5.1. In order to be able to place bets and play with real money, you need to deposit funds into your account. You can make a deposit at any time online using a debit or credit card, electronic wallet, via bank transfer, or by all available deposit methods. All available deposit methods can be found on the "Deposit" page of the Website. Cash or checks are not accepted for deposit. Please note that some methods may not be available in some countries.
5.2. We accept payments in various currencies. Any payment received by the-nexus.org in a currency different from the currency of your Account will be converted into the currency of your Account at the prevailing exchange rate. Please note that any exchange premiums are paid by you.
5.3. The-nexus.org reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity (KYC) when depositing funds into the Account and to close the Account if you do not send these documents to the-nexus.org.
5.4. The-nexus.org does not provide any credit for using its services.
5.5. By making a deposit, you confirm that all deposits are authorized and you will not attempt to reject them or take any actions that result in the cancellation of such payment by a third party to avoid any legal liability.
5.6. To prevent money laundering, a deposit must be played at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Please note that if there are rollover requirements, the rollover requirements must be met before a withdrawal is requested.
5.7. The-nexus.org does not allow deposits by third parties (friend, relative, partner, wife, or husband). All payments must be made from the account/system or credit card registered in the name of the account owner. If a deposit by a third party is noticed, all winnings will be confiscated and returned to the-nexus.org, and the deposit will be refunded to the legal owner of the account/credit card. If a bank transfer requires a fee when refunding the money to the legal owner, it will be paid by the recipient.

6. Withdrawals

6.1. You must provide your KYC documents, credit card photos (both sides, front and back. The card number must have the first 6 and last 4 digits well readable, while the remaining digits of the card number and the CVV/CVC code must not be visible) and bank statement, copy of ID, proof of address, proof of ownership of any other payment method used when applying for withdrawal for the first time. Additional requirements will apply depending on the payment channels.
6.2. The-nexus.org reserves the right to change the maximum allowed amount for each payment system per transaction at any time and without prior notice.
6.3. A withdrawal request will not be processed until all rollover requirements have been met.
6.4. Funds marked as "Bonus," as well as funds stuck in an interrupted game, cannot be withdrawn.
6.5. The-nexus.org has the right to refuse a withdrawal if the total bet amount is less than the amount of the last deposit. You must play the initial deposit at least once before you can withdraw funds.
6.6. All withdrawal requests are processed within two (2) banking days, but there are cases when these deadlines may be longer, depending on payment channels, additional verification of the account, and public holidays.
6.7. The user cannot withdraw funds exceeding the balance of their Account.
6.8. The withdrawal will be made to your bank account or by other withdrawal methods available to you in the "Cashier" section. Withdrawal is made by the method used by the user to deposit funds into the Account balance.
6.9. When a withdrawal is canceled, the funds are returned to your Account, and you can use these funds in the Account accordingly. The-nexus.org does not assume any responsibility for any funds lost during the game after the cancellation of a withdrawal by you or by us.
6.10. Please note that our products are consumed instantly during the game. Therefore, we cannot guarantee refunds, returns, or cancellation of the requested service during the game. If you play a Game with real money, the money will be deducted from your account instantly.
6.11. You can withdraw a maximum amount of 10,000 EUR (or equivalent in your account currency) within any 24-hour period and a maximum amount of 50,000 EUR (or equivalent in your account currency) within 30 days, unless we have agreed on a larger amount.
6.12. Before deciding on a withdrawal, we may ask you to provide identification, such as certified copies of passports, identity cards, or other similar documentation that we consider necessary in the circumstances. We may also conduct verification by phone, in person, or other similar verification necessary to ensure that you are who you claim to be.
6.13. You can have only one pending withdrawal (i.e., requested but not processed) per payment method at any time. In addition, depending on the method used, you can make only one withdrawal request within 24 hours.
6.14. If you win more than 50,000 EUR (or equivalent in your account currency), the-nexus.org reserves the right to split the payment into monthly installments of no more than 50,000 EUR (or equivalent in your account currency) until the full amount is paid. All progressive jackpot winnings will be paid in full.
6.15. The maximum amount of daily winnings for a single Client cannot exceed 100,000 EUR or equivalent in your account currency. "Day" means the time between 00:00 GMT and 23:59 GMT.

7. Account Closure

7.1. You can close your Account at any time and request a withdrawal from the Account subject to the deduction of appropriate withdrawal fees. To close your Account, you must first cancel all open bets, if applicable, and contact the Website's customer support. The actual closure of the Account will be in accordance with the termination by the-nexus.org. In case the reason for closing the Account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, you must inform the-nexus.org.
7.2. The method of repayment will be at our discretion.
7.3. The-nexus.org reserves the right to close your Account and return the "Available for Withdrawal" balance to you, minus appropriate withdrawal fees, at the sole discretion of the-nexus.org and without any obligation to indicate a reason or prior notice.
7.4. The-nexus.org reserves the right to cancel and remove any bonus amount awarded to you if it is not used within 1 month from the date of award.
7.5. The-nexus.org reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request in case of fraud, and in this case, the account will be suspended and the payment will not be processed.
7.6. The-nexus.org will verify all player accounts and classify them at its discretion. Once a player is classified as a "bonus hunter" or "bonus abuser," all winnings and bonuses will be canceled, and the account will be suspended, and the payment will not be processed.

9. Criminal Activity

The balances of all accounts of violators will be blocked, withdrawals will be canceled, deposits and winnings will be confiscated.

10. Collusion and Fraud

10.1. The-nexus.org has the right to disable user accounts and confiscate their account balances (including deposits and winnings) if they are noticed in obtaining, or attempting to obtain, an advantage from trading information of their cards or in colluding with other users to obtain an unfair advantage. These advantages may include folding and transferring chips, discussing one hand during play, multiple use of one account, soft play. The-nexus.org ensures thorough review of the game by both manual and automated means and investigates all related user complaints. In addition, the-nexus.org ensures proactive and random study of gameplay and accounts.

11. Fraudulent Activity

11.1. As soon as the-nexus.org notices fraudulent, illegal, dishonest, or inappropriate activity (including the use of VPN, proxy, or similar service that masks or manipulates the identification of your real location, or placing bets, wagers, or playing poker through a third party or on behalf of a third party) on the Website, we have the right to block the user's Account with confiscation of all account balances without prior notice. In such cases, the-nexus.org reserves the right to report fraudulent activities to existing regulatory and law enforcement authorities, including, but not limited to, banks, credit card companies, and/or any natural or legal person with legal right to such information, and/or take legal action against such user.

12. Chat

12.1. As part of your use of the Website, the-nexus.org may provide you with the ability to chat, which is moderated by us and subject to control. We reserve the right to review the chat and keep a record of all statements made in such a facility. You must use the chat for entertainment and social purposes and are subject to the following rules.

12.7. In case you violate any of the above provisions regarding chat, the-nexus.org has the right to remove the chat or terminate your Account immediately. After such termination, the-nexus.org will refund you any funds that may be in your Account in excess of any amount that may be due to us at that time (if any).

13. Crashes and Interrupted Games

13.1. The-nexus.org is not responsible for any downtime, server crashes, delays, or any technical or political disruptions of gameplay. Refunds may be provided solely at the discretion of the-nexus.org.
13.2. The-nexus.org is not responsible for any damage or loss that is considered or alleged to have arisen from or in connection with the Website or its content, including, but not limited to, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, loss or corruption of data, communication or line failure, misuse by any person of the Website or its content, or any errors or omissions in the content.
13.3. In the event of a casino system crash, all bets are void.
13.4. 14. Duties

18.10. Bonuses and Bonus Money

18.11. Rollover Requirements

19.1. The-nexus.org accepts bets and/or wagers on sporting events that are presented on the Website. All such bets/wagers are governed by the rules applicable to each sport, e.g., basketball, tennis, esports, etc.
19.2. You cannot place bets that exceed your account balance.
19.3. After a bet has been made and confirmed, the user cannot change or cancel the bet. Therefore, it is in the user's interest to ensure that all their bet data is correct before placing a bet.
19.4. Before the start of an event, the-nexus.org reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or void part or all of the bet even after its acceptance without explanation to the user. 19.5. The-nexus.org reserves the right to cancel all bets on an event if there is any change regarding the venue of the event.
19.6. The-nexus.org reserves the right to cancel all bets in case of radical changes in the circumstances of the event, such as the length of playing time, distance in a speed race, or the number of periods, etc.
19.7. Winnings will be credited to the user's Account after confirmation of the final result.
19.8. The market outcome is calculated after it is determined. The-nexus.org reserves the right to calculate the results of the game in case the market was not determined earlier in the game. This rule applies during the normal duration of the match being completed and in the case that no conditions are indicated in the market description on the Website. For example: Example 1: The match winner 1X2 market of an event is determined after the end of the normal duration (regular time) of the event. The match winner 1x2 is determined after 90 minutes, including all additional minutes assigned by the match referee, as "normal duration." When a game is played in overtime (regular time cannot determine a winner), it is indicated in all markets that it is payable "including overtime" after the game ends. All bets may remain open and be calculated based on the results of the game by decision of the-nexus.org when the organizer continues the canceled event within 48 hours of the start. In case the canceled event is not continued by decision of the organizer within 48 hours of its start, the-nexus.org will calculate all determined markets that were completed on the field. In addition, the-nexus.org will cancel the other and return the bets to the players. There are exceptions to the general rule: the 48-hour rule is not supported in tennis games. All bets remain open until the referee or official declares a winner. However, there are cases where a player retires. In this situation, all markets that are determined on the court are calculated accordingly, and all others are declared void and bets are returned to the players. If there is any doubt about a player's retirement before the final point is played, the match winner market is voided. However, all markets relating to specific sets or games that are determined are calculated accordingly. Baseball games. The 48-hour rule is supported. When two teams play 2 games in a row, they are considered Game 1 and Game 2 and will be calculated as played in chronological order, with all bets valid. 19.11. Real-time scoreboard data added to the-nexus.org is for informational purposes and is not a basis for calculation. All persons must ensure that the scoreboard data is correct before placing their bets.
